Hey there RS my name is Dream Train i've played in the RS server fairly frequently now and was soon looking to apply, But today I was wrongfully abused and banned for no reason whatsoever.

I was innocently playing, and my mouse is sort of bad cause it is broken, the mouse gets very touchy sometimes, it was at the beginning of the round and there was a player on the other side of the map and my mouse clicked off cause it had one of its spasm's and it let a shot off, that might I add hit no one whatsoever, I was then the next round slayed for "Spawning" when i hadnt hit anyone and it was also completely on accident. I was then kicked for bringing up the fact that my mouse was broken and since i disagreed because of my disagreement i was kicked by "[RS] Da Bears" Now i have nothing against him but i was kicked for an illlegitiment reason.

I then came back played for a moment and the map changed. The map was not liked so it was changed again (nothing against that). But it was on the next map, when a knife fight occured between "nO nAMER" and me and "[RS] Chemo then said "The loser gets banned" In from what i heard a jokingly voice, I lost, and Moments later i was permanently banned, This is not the first time i've seen incorrect punishment and i definetly do not want to tell you guys how to run your server, and yes i know you pay for it so you get to do what you want, But on someone that has done nothing to harm you or disturb you in anyway is just sort of immature.


I would love to continue playing on the RS server and this is why im asking for my unban, and I guess all i can hope for is not to get admin abused by anyone. But if you must "Over-use" your admin powers why do it on a brand new players, isnt one of the points of having a server for people to play on it? and for them to come back? And again i dont want to tell you how to run your server and dont take these as orders its just a single mans opinon/suggestion, And i ask for you to please unban me as sincerly as I can. as for i wish to keep playing on RS and hopefully join one day even thought this occurance most likely reduces my chances by a FAIR amount.

You also forgot to mention the spawn attacking earlier in that level, two incidences that you spawn attacked me and actually hit me. There were also other players playing that asked you not to spawn attack but were also hit by you at the start of the round.

Oh where to begin?.........

1: I never once kicked you or anyone else, (get your facts straight before accusing anyone)

2: While on gg_pistol_floor where we have constant problems with people spawn attacking, you and a couple others did this more than 1 time, after myself,Chemo, and atleast 1 other player clearly stated: DO NOT SPAWN ATTACK!

3: I was spectating for something like 15 rounds, watching who was doing the spawn attacking, guees who I saw........

4: You where kicked by an admin, came back and said " But I didn't even hit anybody", then the next round I watched you purposley shoot at the round start down at the ground so we would hear the shots and think you where spawn attacking again, as if you where mocking us. Which shows me how little respect you have for us.

5: When Chemo said, "The loser gets banned" it was him joking around. You where not banned for that reason.

6: Like I said, I didn't kick or ban you, but I saw you with my own two eyes do things you where told not to, and it wasn't because of a crappy mouse.

PS: I'm pretty sure the ban wasn't supposed to be permanent.

Bears as i corrected myself it was only chemo, and the only reason i spawn attacked earlier cause i was being spawned myself.

And the shooting at the ground is just a habit i do with pistols -_- sorry if that implied to something >.>, I in no ground spawn, unless i've been spawned, and the admins didnt respond to when i asked them to tell the people to stop spawning.

No namer it was you who spawned me once before on that map and hense the reason i spawned back, i checked my console and it was damage taken from you at the beginning of the round, And the reason why i spawned back "Just clearing this up one more time" was because i asked the admins to tell them to stop spawning and i didnt see it in chat or hear it on my so i retaliated, And i know retaliation is against RS rules, but i hadnt read the website yet and that is not stated in the MOTD or the rules in the GG server.

I was also spawned by Hollow Ichigo once, until he was auto balanced to my team, and i was also spawned by one other person i dont recall the name but i beleive it was Wandering

Bears i did not mean to disrespect you, that is honestly out my own habits, I hadnt even thought of the hearing shots and beginning and thinking spawning, I was having a brain fart or something, I did not mean to mock any of you in any way, my actions were simply out of anger and retalliation, which i learned isnt appreciated on the server, and i do have some anger issues myself, I know i know most of you will say go get help then freak. but hopefully people have the courtesy to not ridicule someone due to there problems in real life.

I kicked you because you failed to obey the warning to not team attack, spawn attack and generally being an ass. You came back after I first kicked you, whinning and cussing over chat like a baby. Well,..it's your own fault, for not listening to the warning. (are you deaf?) If so, I even typed it on screen, for eveyone to see.(blind too?) Now, you were warned, by me, as well as asked by other players, to stop team attacking and spawn attacking. You failed to listen. That's on you, and I know you know that to be true. I don't like to kick anyone. I feel that I am really leanent with players on the server. But, I will not let some one come in and disturb the flow of the game. You get kicked, so that maybe, you get the idea of following the rules, or to listen to the admin. You fail to do so, than you may get banned. (I did a 5 minute ban only, if it set it as a perm ban, than it's a uber issue in the admin script,..) Be greatful, that Johnny Law was not on,..you wouldn't of been given the chance to come back after your first kick. Then you post on the forums, like you were abused for no reason at all. Like you were a perfect angel. You got team attacked because you did it to them, (what goes around, comes around). Now, if the higher ups wish to unban you, then you need to be more aware of the server rules and not be a douche. I will not hold this against you and if I see you in game again, I'll say, "HI", and leave it at that. The rest is up to you. Fair enough?

To explain what # 5 was about, I was saying it as the knife fight was going on, between 2 players, who, I don't remember now. But what I said, was, "whoever looses, gets banned,.no pressure or anything",..do you remember that? no, well, that's what that was all about.

if you can't be honest about the entire facts of why you were banned, you should not be shown any mercy.

And thats sort of dissapointing cause im not lieing, Its just you'll trust your clan members over some person taht palyed in the server, Just sad what people in this world go too, And im sorry for the few things that i did on accident, but now you guys are just making it an even bigger deal, when i've seen people team attack and spawn, yet they get no punishment whatsoever.

Summary:

Stop breaking our rules. Don't be stupid on our server. Don't whine about it on our forums.

Now, until you give us reason to further ban you, you should be unbanned if Chemo is satisfied, and need to show us you are the kind of player we want to have around.

yes, i will trust another clan member over another player,..we watch each others backs,.period. but in all fairness, i spected you, as well as another member, as well as the teammate you were attacking, said something to me. i based my decision on what and how you were behaving. not taking sides with only fellow clan mates. that would be unfair, but, we all seen you and the complaints were made. i did the job that i was suppose to. you disturbed the flow of the game and you were asked to stop. you did not. so, you were kicked. but you still contined, so you got banned. if i was wrong in what i did, (please, higher ups tell me, )i apologise. happy?

and evey other that tk's or spawns, is dealt with in the same mannor, period. if i see it, or complaints come other players, if i don't deal w/ it, i am sure another member will. it's the rules and they are there to be followed,..by everyone,..not just by visitors, but as clan members as well.
