Game List PLEASE READ

OK i've finaly convinced my parents to get me a Xbox 360 for christmas.
Now if u dont like the 360 dont post i want opinions on people who have played some of these games, some arent out yet but still give me some output.


1. Forza 2
2. Gears of War
3.Halo 2(never beat single player why im gettin it)
4.Halo 3
5. Call of Duty 4
6.Mass effect

My cousins 360 just died :( he takes good care of his shit too. but alot of people have been getting the blue screen of death. I know you dont want negatives posts but why 360 when pretty much every game that is on 360 is going to be on pc. I would just ask for an 8800gt instead. just a sugestion. then

ya ive considered it but i think i want a 360 b/c i prefer the controller over keyboard and mouse honestly, and besides all that most my buddies got 360

Forza 2 is great. very realistic... almost too realistic.

I have halo 3. I'm planning on getting halo 2, CoD4, and Assassins Creed for my birthday/christmas (dec. 11th is my birthday) Gears is fun. I think I only got up the the third level at my uncles house.

If you have enough cash, and can consistently gather up three friends who'd be willing to play, Rock Band is a blast. I thought it would suck, but really, it's amazing. You've just got to make sure someone of the three is willing to sing. (I have a friend who plays expert guitar, I play expert bass, a friend who we suckered into singing on medium, and a drummer who plays on medium/hard)

Out of those only ones of played/have/know friends who have are halo2/3 gears of war and cod4. If your comp cant run cod4 then def get it for 360, halo 2/3 are a must sorta for the 360 owner and gears is just a nice addition to a collection, but a bit overhyped imo. I'm getting gh3 this week (was supposed to last week, but was sold out everywhere) know ppl who have it and it's really good especially for being 3rd in a game series and still have quality to it. Rock band I've heard was good, but to me seemed to just be other games piled together...Guitar hero, karaoke games, and arcade drum simulators, but like he said it should be an awesome game if you have people to play with/share the cost. I'm a lil slanted towards gh3 tho so get that so you can play with me :P
forza and mass effect I haven't played or heard too much about, but both looked fun to play. Are they really knew? might want to wait for the price to go down, but that's just me. hope that helped :)

i already beat GH3 at my friends house on expert, not botherin with that but for some1 who has halo 3 how is the single player? i heaerd the second to last level blows big chunks
