warcraft III halo is dead like dillinger.

J/K but if you play source and go to halo without being a halo head previously, I can tell you it is frustrating. The gameplay is very different. Get WCIII and come play with the cool kids in the bottom channel. I am a convert.

Holy crap, i can't beleive there is even a debate here! Go Halo son, it'll show you the way..... hell, i'd even go as far as saying that new recruits should have this as standard or not get entry to our beloved haven. Remember, we're a clan that formed around this game, not some "ooo look, i increased my HP by two points!" lightning bolt higgery pokery.... :) :) :)

You may all kiss my rebel ass. If you're looking for a change of pace, go TFT. If you're looking for a slightly worse than CS 1.6 experience, go HALO. As far as finding TFT, Vash, in the weeks you've been bitching about not being able to find the WCIII warchest, you could have bought it here:

The other option that is becoming popular with Cool and the gang is Hellgate, which I will probably be breaking down and buying sooner or later. But to play the game with full advantages, Hellgate has a 15 dollar monthly, which I am not crazy about.

Bottom line, DOTA rules, and you'll always have someone to play it with in me and the boys.

Seriously though, once you get used to the leading within the game it is so much fun. Hey, it brought most of us together so we owe the game something! Besides, lest us not forget that we ruled the world at the beautiful game.... :)

You don't suck Bears. You have to realize as AR2k said as far as Halo PC goes we ruled the WORLD! We were ranked the #1 Halo PC Slayer clan. We were founded as a clan in halo and only the best players were recruited. So although were a little out of practice we own most people. Your not bad bears just not up to our speed yet. As I said the other night though make sure your on vent when you play with us in Halo. We know about every trick in the game and can really give you tips.

Glen stop comparing Halo to CSS or CS 1.6 aside from them all being FPS games they are totaly different and that may be why you don't like it. Your trying to use CS tactics and that doesn't work.

Yeah, I do get owned every time I log on. I am the first to admit it. I am also looking to add a member to the DOTA crowd. I'm just trying to let Vash know my perception, he asked for an opinion, and thats what I'm giving. I don't have any fun playing HALO with you guys, because even as rusty as you are, I get owned constantly and that is frustrating. I love FPS games, have played them for years, and I know that they are all unique. I used to be a world class player in Star Wars Battlefront and SWBFII. I dare say I could invite you guys to a server and own ass in much the same way you guys do me in HALO. All I ask is the ability to express opinions.

1st im gonna find a halo demo to see if I like it on my compy. If that doesn't go soo well I have already played WarcaftIII and its one of the few RTS games that i like. ( I dont always have to buy either...thank god for torrents XD!!!!
